Bartow County Malt Beverage License Information

MALT BEVERAGE & WINE LICENSE

SALES OF BEER AND WINE ON SUNDAY ARE NOW ALLOWED IN BARTOW COUNTY FROM 12:30 PM TO 11:30 PM

Our office is located at 112 W. Cherokee Ave, Suite 300 located at the corner of Erwin Street and W. Cherokee Avenue in the old First Baptist Church Building. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Wholesale licenses, manufacturing licenses, retail licenses, special event licenses and consumption on premises licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages are issued by the Commissioner of Bartow County for the unincorporated area of Bartow County. No person shall engage in the business of manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing or otherwise providing alcoholic beverages of any kind in the unincorporated area of the County without first obtaining a license under the Bartow County Malt Beverage and Wine License Ordinance.

Once you have completed the application, you must return it in person to our office along with the appropriate fee.

No license may be transferred from one person to another without approval of the Commissioner.
