Floodplain Certification Certificate required prior to issuance of LDP for "no increase" in base flood elevation or flood storage capacity
Stormwater Runoff Certification Certificate required prior to issuance of LDP for "no increase" in predeveloped stormwater runoff rate
Structural Retaining Wall Certification Certificate required prior to issuance of LDP meeting minimum design standards for walls.

Documents required from owner/developer prior to issuance of PERMIT
Commercial/Industrial Owner's Indemnification Hold harmless statement in favor of Bartow County for non-residential projects
Erosion & Sedimentation Control Agreement Owner/developer statement for installation and maintenance of erosion control BMP's
Property Tax Certification Required approval from Tax Commissioner's office certifying taxes are current for said project or development
Residential Owner's Indemnification Hold harmless statement in favor of Bartow County for residential projects
   

Project Construction

Documents required from owner/developer prior to issuance of PERMIT -

As-Built Residential Drainage Plan Certificate * Required prior to final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy issuance
FEMA Elevation Certificate * Required on all properties containing FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area 
FEMA Elevation Certficate Memorandum - March 26, 2012  
Monthly Report Form * Required on all County permitted projects until final stabilization has been acheived
Minimum Finished Floor Certification * As-built certificate required on all residential lots containing localized or regulatory flood hazard area prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy
Minimum Finished Floor Certification - Rough In * Certificate required prior to issuance of building permit
Residential Drainage Plan Checklist Checklist for required site plan for residential lots containing localized, regulatory or FEMA special floo hazard area as determined on final plat or County Engineer
Residential E&S Inspection Permit Application Application required for each residential lot in Bartow County prior to issuance of building permit
