Every citizen of the United States has the right to register to vote at the age of 17 1/2 as long as they are not serving a sentence for a felony of moral turpitude, and have never been found mentally incompetent by a judge. Also, to register to vote in Bartow County, you must be a legal resident of Bartow County.
Also, any voter registered in Bartow County may request to become a Deputy Registrar to hold voter registration drives as long as he or she has never been convicted of a felonty involving moral turpitude.
