Our offices hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed from 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. Sorry, no afternoon appointments. |

OUR MISSION
TO ASSIST OUR SENIOR CITIZENS WITH ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAY HAVE CONCERNING THEIR MEDICARE AND SECONDARY INSURANCE, WE ALSO PROVIDE OUR INDIGENT CITIZENS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO RECEIVE EVERY SERVICE THAT IS AVAILABLE TO THEM.

SERVICES PROVIDED |

We provide services to Bartow County residents who have been in Bartow County for the past 6 months and have established residence here. Our main objective is to give aid to the elderly, sick and low income citizens. |

We file secondary insurance for those on Medicare and assist citizens who experience problems with Medicare, secondary insurance, doctors’ charges, hospital and laboratory charges and any other problems with health insurance. |

We provide aid to those who experience problems signing up for Social Security along with problems related to Medicaid. |

Our office participates in screening for the local Lion’s Club to provide assistance with glasses, hearing aids, eye surgeries, etc. |

Our office also investigates families to determine whether a family qualifies for assistance with burials. |

We refer citizens to appropriate agencies for other social services if they are determined to meet all qualifications. |
